more about the project

A Tunnel Year is a play built from a few years’ worth of interrupted thoughts crammed into one-line scenes voiced by animals. Germinated in the bardo of parenthood and compelled to work in the form of the fragment, it asks: Did I escape? Or am I lost? It was originally installed as a walk-though comic book paired with a live radio play at the Chocolate Factory Theater in Queens, NY. For Post Theatrical, it changes scale to become a book. comes with audio link to a recording of the 2016 live radio play.
